During this difficult time (Covid 19), I’m going to be running FREE 1-hour solo workouts daily via YouTube Live. A completely different workout everyday, each focused on the basics of striking (Boxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing and Karte) so that absolute beginners can jump into the action.
Come learn the basics of striking, get into great shape and have some fun along the way without leaving your home. I’ll be sharing a lot of technical details about punching and kicking during the training so that all levels of martial artists can benefit.
If you can, get a hold of a jump rope ASAP and a large pillow (funny but true). If you don’t have a jump rope don’t worry, you can warm-up with other exercises.
